John & Belle Hufferd presented Joe & Naomi Lengacher's outstanding weanling colt, THE POWER OF ONE, to a tremendous reserve spot in the very competitive ASB Futurity at the 2006 Kentucky State Fair World's Championship on Sunday evening, August 20th.

Quoted by National Horsemen's correspondent: "Sir William Robert, whose weanling won the first All American Cup and who makes a command performance every July at Double D Ranch, let his children do the talking for him in the American Saddlebred Registry Futurity of Kentucky. As tradition dictates, this class opened the show. There were 27 entries. Most of them were high spirited and parked out like figurines. Even among this group, Pascale and The Power Of One stood out. ...The Power Of One is out of Clari-Phi by Phi Slama Jama. He was shown with a lot of pizzazz by John Hufferd and his female tail gunner. The Power Of One is one of those big, authoritative colts who looks beyond the weanling stage. He wowed the crowd with his bold ways."
